Charming and elegant atmosphere with personalized service.
The lack of an elevator was a real hassle, especially with my heavy luggage. I had to wait far too long during check-in and check-out, which was incredibly frustrating. the air conditioning kept shutting off unexpectedly, making my stay uncomfortable.

I expected a complimentary upgrade for all the trouble, but clearly, that’s too much to ask. The bathroom, while functional, needed a scrub. Hotel Boutique Restaurant Gloria was such a fantastic place to stay! The breakfasts were made fresh and were truly delicious, with everything from omelettes to fresh fruits. The location was perfect. just a short walk to all the main attractions, yet surprisingly quiet for a central location. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay feel personal and welcoming.
The room had limited space for luggage.
